When my dad was diagnosed with Dementia, Jennifer (Nurse) was assigned to him. This kicked in almost immediately.
She has been fantastic with my dad. Always very caring but straight to the point which my parents like. She actually tackled a sensitive issue about housing with my parents which my sister and I were quite reluctant to discuss with them.
She managed to get the subject into the conversation without any of us realising what was happening. This service is second to none and we will miss her when her time with us is finished. My parents totally trust and respect anything she tells them.
