On the 6 November 2015 my husband wasn’t given the appropriate care and treatment in A&E Department, following airway obstruction and DNAR signed , the Feeding Peg of my husband was cut into bits and a sharp object stuck into the tube.My husband was a patient of the Head and Macmillan cancer but neglected I’m afraid no good
