What I liked
99% of the whole experience was excellent. Disney ward was very clean and the staff the whole way through the experience couldn't do enough for us. The parents room was much appreciated along with the tea and toast provided. Thank you for making a potentially stressfull day feel more like a day in a 4* hotel.
What could be improved
We didn't get a parking permit till we had been there a couple
of hours, I couldn't then leave my daughter to move the car so parking cost £10. It would of been nice if the parking permit had been sent prior to the surgery date along with the pre op information. Also we didn't get a token for the Tv so my daughter couldn't watch tv. She did however bring DVDs so was allowed a DVD player but only till 4.30. These are minor niggles, otherwise a very positive experience, thank
