"Bad experience"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) / Gynaecology

Both appointments I had were delayed by more than 45 minutes.

The hospital did not have my scans, so the first appointment was useless.

The consultant did not show any empathy at all and made me feel very uncomfortable.

Will not attend this hospital again and I have sought treatment elsewhere.
