What I liked
I was referred by hemel hempstead gh for treatment for a heart block. I arrived at approximately 13.00 and had a pacemaker fitted at 16.00 and in the CCU ward by 18.00 At all times I was treated by the staff in a polite and courteous manner
What could be improved
The discharge system seems to be a bit haphazard
