About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

I was referred to Thurrock Inclusion by my GP, I've been attending weekly for several months. Initially my therapist and I just talked, over a few weeks we tried different therapies but then hit upon EMDR which has worked brilliantly for me. 

I'm very proud of what I have achieved, the hard work needed to address the issues I faced and to just keep going, with the help and support of my therapist I now in such a different place to where I was a year ago.

I shall miss our weekly sessions.

Thank you for letting us know how your treatment went. Fantastic that you are in a better place now, so pleased for you.

I think its a good example of the process of discovering which type of treatment or interventions work best for you. Everyones situation is different and often we need to try a number of things to find the one that works best for your individual needs ...
