"waiting times nurse long hours meal breaks"

hi l felt l should leave a comment after my recent appointment in the endoscopy department, although l think the staff where very friendly and efficient, l was surprised to find nurses working 11 hour shifts with no adequate breaks for meals , do all members of staff work such long hours ? also it was not clear why l needed to arrive 45 minuets before my appointment time, when l sat and waited approximately 45 minutes.? lastly perhaps a bit more care should be taken with the placing of the mouth guard , after the procedure l found the inside my upper lip had a small abrasion.
