(as the patient),

I had reason to attend the newly built Longhill Health Centre recently. What a wonderful modern building it is.

Anyway having had an head scan just recently for an as yet undiagnosed condition which has made me quite anxious, I had to have my ears syringed as they were quite bunged up and i think were part of the existing anxiety i had (dizziness etc).

There were three qualified staff present-one doing the syringing and the other two i believe were learning the process. They were very understanding and professional and put me quite at ease. The overall experience and care i received could only be referred to as excellent and i would like to thank them once again for the care i received.
