"Great experience in Gynaecology"

Although I was waiting 30 mins for my appointment I was greeted enthusiastically by a student (I had agreed to student interaction). The student asked me several questions whilst completing a form then I saw the consultant who had a friendly yet professional approach. Every step of the procedure was explained and I was put at ease by all staff I came into contact with. The team made the absolute best of what could have been an uncomfortable experience.
