(as a service user),

Visited for the first time in September. All staff I have met are professional and knowledgeable. Just wanted to thank everyone as the hearing aids have made such a difference to everyday life. I’m rubbish with names but think my last 2 appointments were with amanda who is a credit to your department. Professional and knowledgeable. Thanks so much I know you probably only get feedback from people who are unhappy with the service but so chuffed with the outcome I felt I had to let you know what a great job you have done for me. Thanks so much. Regards.
