I have been an out-patient for 5 years. I am seen every 4 months by a trainee gp. I find the staff unfriendly and unhelpful.
I don't remember the last time I saw a consultant even though I have been asking for a long time. The consultant who is my care coordinator is cold and rude and now refuses to see me. I had some therapy from a Psychologist but that was held at a different venue, although arranged through Greenfields. My Psychologist was excellent but unfortunately I cannot get anymore therapy just yet, I have to use the medication which makes me feel ill both physically and psychologically. This doesn't seem to matter, there is nobody qualified to change my meds, and they seem very reluctant to do it anyway, despite my requests. To sum up I would advise anybody reading to be very careful if attending this clinic as it could lead to your condition not being properly monitored or you being treated in a proper and fair way.
