I was a patient at ward 5 Manchester Royal Infirmary for a few days.
The food was really bad - I asked for a fish and got one that was broke into pieces, didn't eat it of course.
But to finish they sent me home on crutches, when they were told I have no relatives or money to get home by taxi. That journey home took me five and a half hours. I was in so much pain i felt like killing myself. Before leaving hospital I was assessed by physio who told me that I'd get help getting home.
