What I liked

I thought the Dr. who saw me was very helpful and really explained what was happening.

What could be improved

It's a bit confusing with the various signing, waiting rooms, etc, I was well lost round the X ray area!

I was barely able to walk when I visited, so being made to stand to speak to the receptionist wasn't at all welcome! Any chance of chairs, or perhaps a system for taking a number and being called when the receptionist is able to take your details?

(I do recall that some similar system operates at the hospital's dispensary)
