A problem I had for over a year was resolved almost immediately by the podiatry department. Staff are really friendly and take their time to explain everything. I didn't feel rushed at all. I've now been to clinics there every 6 months or so for a couple of years and always been met with courtesy, friendliness and kindness with a really good level of treatment.
