"Appalling Service"

Let's start with the fact that I was seen by a Consultant on the 31st of August, who's brilliant by the way, and referred me to see a spinal specialist following the reveal of c6-c7 damage. That referral has been sitting doing nothing since 7 September! Despite my numerous calls and messages left for the secretary because the appointment line didn't have access to it! Does anyone know why it just sat there for months while my left shoulder and arm are growing weaker and losing function?! When I tried to talk to the secretary they were extremely rude and just hung up on me!
