"Brilliant Staff"

I have been a patient with Dr. for approximately two years and this surgery never fails. Very short overrun time as it operates as an Emergency surgery for one and all.

The Dr. Very positive, and spends time with you, unlike my previous Surgery in Grove Road, N15 who told me to hurry up as they have other patients to see so I hardly went back. Dr. is patient, makes me feel at ease and actually wants to understand the issue and also seeks solutions with you as a patient.

The reception is absolutely brilliant. They suggest appointment times if they can hear you are feeling unwell, and supports the patients to provide convenient times in line with a patient's diary. They are attentive and what they said is "it is important to ensure you are scene when you are unwell as it may be fatal otherwise." The other receptionists are all as pleasant and helpful. Honestly a great team.

I actually called this morning and the receptionist was unable to locate some information, but is always pleasant and on hand to direct me the right way.

Nurse - Puts you at complete ease when you are doing any female orientated procedures. They are a great conversationalist who gets the job done correctly and timely.

The entire staff at Cricklewood Health, with its 12 hour revolving door, do a superb job and the community should be grateful and also NHS should be as proud as I am to be a part of this establishment.

Very grateful and they just maintain their service at a high level, no matter who they are dealing with.
