About: Queen Marys Hospital (Sidcup)

waited for my yearly appointment and turned up on time on the day to find out it had be changed for the sixth time without the letter being sent to me .receptionists try hard and have to help a lot of people but i was kept waiting on purpose

I a very sorry to hear about the cancellation of your appointment at the MSK service at Queen Mary's.

It must be very disappointing and inconvenient.

We know that there are sometimes problems with appointment letters going astray and the trust is in the middle of a large scale piece of work to improve all aspects of communication for our outpatient services.
