"Disgusted"

I’ve heard several first hand shocking incidents in this place from genuine concerned visitors, including children. This place needs investigating urgently! Can’t say any more as its so frustrating to think about. Waiting for over a week for reply regarding a complaint to both a charitly that works along side this place and the ward itself. All i got was apology but no explanation or comment re one unacceptabe incident and the inital responce from staff when it was brought to there poor attention towards inpatients.
