"Booking department hopeless"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital / Ophthalmology

Doctors and nurse are great , I've had a couple of injections in the eye which have been carried out by nurses and doctors which have been fine on the last one a doctor told me that they would see me in a months time so I waited a month then started telephoning the booking department ?? guess what nothing and then yesterday they told me I would hear something back next week ?? not the appointment next week but a booking letter next week ??. I would contact the pals department but having dealt with them before I would be a very old person by the time they did anything. Why is it that great doctors and nurses are let down by a appalling management team which starts at the top and works it way down.

Hope the government and step in and put somebody in at the top they knows how to run a large hospital then things may change.
