Operation on neck required to remove disc and fuse 2 vertebra together with bone graft:
Consultant gave clear explanation of procedure and outcomes, answered my queries fully including prognosis of having / not having the surgery thus enabling me to make an informed decision.
All staff were friendly/caring and very efficient.
Facilities clean and suitable.
