My 86 yr old father was an inpatient in critical care at Freeman Road hospital following aortic aneurysm repair (vascular surgery).
The standard of care was excellent, as a family we were kept constantly informed and all questions were answered with kindness and care.
The nursing staff demonstrated excellent nursing skills and all 3 experienced nurses within the family were pleased to observe that excellent care standards still exist despite the negative press often given to the acute sector.
"Good standards in critical care"
