"Un-sympathetic"

I had lump discovered in my neck, hospital Dr told me it may be sarcoma cancer and possible chrones disease, obviously I was quite shocked and worried, I tried to book appointment with doctor, to be told I had to wait a week. Eventually I got appointment after I complained to manager, to be met by the most un sympathetic doctor I've ever met. They brushed off the fact I mite have cancer or chrones and showed no empathy or care for their patients. I ending walking out thru appointment due to doctors attitude
