I recently had a colonoscopy at St Helier Hospital. This was a very re-assuring experience. The ward was clean and comfortable, everything was explained fully to me and the staff were kind and supportive. This made the procedure which I had been dreading, very easy.
The doctors and nurses in this ward are clearly very experienced and I felt very safe in their care! That made all the difference!
This hospital takes patient satisfaction very seriously.
