"Great service at Forth Valley Ambulatory Care"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

I actually missed my initial appointment by an hour and when I found out, I called to apologise and to see if they could fit me in at the end of the session.   The unit managed to do this, which was great.

The procedure was the removal of fatty lipomas which involves a local anaesthetic, an incision and then stitching up after the lipoma is removed.

The nurses were fantastic. They were clear on what they were doing. They were very efficient and professional, and the chat during the procedure was stimulating and very amusing. They made the procedure very straightforward and almost enjoyable.

You could not ask for more.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with the minor operations team. We are very pleased that your experience was a positive one at what can be an anxious time. I hope your wounds are healing well.

Thanks again.
