What could be improved
Arrived for partners appointment after a half hours drive each way plus hour or so getting ready before we left only to be told very sorry appointment cancelled. Obviously nobody could let us know beforehand even though the appointment was for 2pm. Obviously nobody bothered trying as we were in all morning and all the previous day. Disappointed, especially after being text a few days before to remind us of appointment
Anything else?
Also found some irony in the notices on the walls telling us how many appointments had been broken and at what cost. This was accompanied by the wording. If you can't make it please let us know.
As a freelance writer I probably lost some £300 working time which I have to make up. I just hope the clinic work as hard as I'm going to have to over the weekend so they can catch up too
