"No answer?"

I've been trying to get through to gynaecology today, made around 100 calls to the general number as well as emovans secretary - 'system busy' apparently! Said they'd refer me for treatment in September - seems they sat on the paperwork will last bloody week! Again, another referral made for tests - was advised to call in 30 minutes (yesterday) as I could get booked in -what a load of rubbish!!!....no referral received yesterday or today! And no one's answering! What an absolute farce!
