What could be improved
I had to have a blood pressure monitor fitted on 22/09/2010 and I had to return it 23/09/2010 and on the 28/09/2010 I had a ecg monitor fitted till 29/09/2010. I was in the hospital for a combined total of 50mins, how can you justify parking fees of £10, even when I tried to park in the drop off zone some rude person in a high vis jacket told me not to park there and go to a car park..
Also why do you need to send so many texts, do you not realise that on my contract they are counted as premium rates and I get charged 44p per text . For my appointmet on the 28th I was sent 5 texts so including parking a 25min hospital visit cost me £7.20 this is a total con job, I thought the NHS was free. I have recently been made unemployed and really cannot afford these outrageous charges.
