"The staff are wonderful"

About: Trent Villages North Children's Centre

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was really nervous about first coming to baby group but as soon as I walked into the centre I was made to feel welcome.  I now attend two groups weekly and enjoy all of the extra sessions (ie baby massage, baby zumbacise) that you put on.  The staff are wonderful and are really keen to get everyone involved.

I'm now training to be a volunteer at the centre and I'm really looking forward for more involvement.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm pleased that we were able to make you feel at ease on your first visit to our centre. I can see that you are making great use of the activities that we provide and your experience will help you in your volunteering role when your training is complete.

We really value our volunteers and appreciate that you have good knowledge of the community and are able to share your experiences with other families. We look forward to working with you in your volunteering role.
