"Daytime vs Nighttime"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I recently reviewed my experience, which was not great (title: not as helpful as one would hope).

I prepared myself to return as Royal Free is my closest Urgent Care and I was advised to go for a check up when I called 111.

I'm reviewing my experience again as it was a very far cry from the muddled hap hazard service I received on my first trip. I left feeling confident in the medical attention I received and also the advice on how to ensure I continued to heal. Furthermore, the entirety of my visit was approximately 2 hours (I arrived around 11h00 and left around 13h00). The staff in all areas that I visited (including the X-ray bay) were efficient and polite.

The difference between the care you receive during the day and night are vastly different (which I do understand to a point).

I felt I needed to review this experience as it was very positive!

Dear Christina

Thank you for your further review; I am pleased that you found this visit far more beneficial and whilst I am unsure what happened with your first visit, although I have asked it be looked into, it is reassuring to know this visit was very positive.

With Best Wishes

Richard
