"Outpatient appointment"

I was sent an outpatient appointment after a 7 month wait. The letter said my appointment was at Jardine Crescent. When I arrived for my appointment I was told it was at the Caludon centre and I'd have to rebook. Totally hopeless. The receptionist was really unhelpful after I told the receptionist I was desperate to see someone and they couldn't care less.

We have taken steps to improve our lines of communication so that appointments are made and kept more effectively.

We have listened to your feedback and aim to make sure all patients referred to our services see the right team and in a timely fashion, and that our staff are able to advise you better about how we can help.
