"head injury due to fall"

About: Whiston Hospital / Accident and emergency

After short wait I was examined by nurse , then a doctor. Due to wound bleeding badly I was advised that I needed a scan to ensure there was no internal damage. Scan showed 100% clear and I was given full information as to what was seen on X-ray. Wound treated by two nurses and after a short while I was allowed home. All does and do nots were explained fully to me, then I was allowed to go home. The staff who attended to me were excellent in their mannerisms and care. Although I was at the hospital for approx. 4 hours I was more than satisfied with way I was treated.
