"Impossible to get an appointment on the day"

If you phone at 8 a.m., as requested for an appointment that day, you hang on for 20 minutes or more, listening to a recorded message: 'Your call is very important to us.' When you finally get to speak to someone you are told that all the appointments are gone. The surgery is not open on Saturdays, as stated in the recorded message.

On the whole I am satisfied with the treatment received, but clearly the surgery has too many patients on its books. Yet it is willing to accept more! Very poor service. I would not recommend this surgery.
