I have recently had need to use the surgery far more frequently on a range of different un-associated problems. From first contact with the reception staff the service has been caring and personal.
The attention and sensitive care that I have received from my Doctor has been done efficiently but with sensitive dialogue explaining everything that is happening in great detail.
To me it is important to have my Doctor as a first point of medical reference. I am confident that they know my history and understand my needs, on a personal basis, and that they will deal with me in an informed and sensitive manner.
