Doctors never advise you.

Not understanding the people, being rude, if try to ask to get an explanation, got suggested to get another gp.... not what tou expect from a doctor.

Receptionist are unpolite, only murmur sething for themselves, if you ask to repeat, youl get shouted. As well as lack of hygiene

I am sorry that you have had a bad experience on your visit today.

You have left the comment without your name so I cannot contact you to discuss what you describe.

As you can see from other comments the surgery tries hard to keep up high standards in every area, but if you felt your consultation today was as you describe please contact me directly to discuss happenings.

Our hygiene has always been high and our inspection was good from CQC in these areas and if you wanted a second opinion within our surgery then to see an alternative clinician would not be a problem.
