"not a stable surgery"

The surgery has gone down hill in the last year. So many doctors have come and gone it's upsetting when a patient sees a doctor in person and discuss the problem the next time you go in it's another doctor an you have explain yourself again and again to different doctors. As a patient you have a right to know but this is making us think if we want to be seen or not. The staff are not helpful they seem so stuck up as if they are the doctors integrating b4 you get seen. I have child with asthma if you tell the staff that my child needs the nebuliser they cannot breath and having difficulty you should not be told to go in after 3hrs they need to be trained. Never any appointments in the day if you want evening you can not book you have to call back in the evening. Very frustrating and annoying the doctor needs to review all concerns.
