After being eligible for the gab for a number of years due to asthma and chest infections, I called to see when the drop in clinics are planned this year as I've not hears anything from them, only to be told I am not eligible this year and they are unable to inform me why the selection criteria has changed..... appalling service when I asked if in their opinion I didn't need it this year then they said they couldn't answer that and just that I am not eligible however still aren't able to explain why.
