We have been at this surgery for many years but since The Practice have taken over it has become the worst place to visit the manager is aggressive and the assistant manager is useless the reception staff are overloaded with there only ever being one person on so trying to get through on the phone is impossible the prescriptions are never ready on time . There use to be ample staff and it was a friendly place to visit we will be looking for a new surgery as the management of this surgery is a joke where are the friendly faces you need when you are ill .we certainly would not recommend The Practice

I was very sorry indeed to see the wide-ranging and serious concerns you have raised about the services provided by the surgery and about surgery staff.

Unfortunately, as your feedback has been provided anonymously, and without specific details, we are not able to investigate them.

I would be grateful if you would contact me at the surgery so that you can talk through your concerns in detail, which will enable us to investigate and respond to you.

I can confirm, however, that it is extremely rare that there would only be one member of staff on the reception desk. A member of the reception team has recently left, and we have now found a replacement and we are working harder than ever to provide efficient and effective customer service and patient care. We always welcome suggestions and would be happy to discuss any concerns in person or via telephone.
