I'd spoken to in the past.yet still I was so very anxious .visiting them now is so much easier they quickly got to know me ,, and is aware of my mental health and how I am affected by it.infact I am amazed just how knowaldagable my new dr is on mental health.their understanding is sometimes all that's needed and yes they are symperthetic carring genital and so very kind.i never once thought any dr could carry on where my other dr left off.how wrong I was ..this dr is like a carbon copy .and has empathy, is througher with my physical health.and always manages to reassure me as I suffer also with a health anxiety.i will always not worry on visiting the surgery anymore and this is all thanks to them..i fact the surgery on a hole is fantastic.receptionists are so hardworking and kind.they are under so much pressure and without them we wouldn't have a dr to visit.so we should all complement them on there hard work.and remember it's of no fault of there's if appointments are gone,so be kind to them.jo holland
