"kindness of the staff"

I received efficient and kind treatment from reception and medical team.The waiting area was also very relaxing and well facilitated ,coffee and tea etc and good view over Nottingham.

I particularly found the nurse who assisted in the minor operation had the most wonderful attitude and I haven't experienced such kindness in a long while, the nurse needs a special mention as they had only been qualified a short time.Well done to them.

My only concern is that having to make a decision on best procedure when having removed BCC ,lying there I don't know what is best as I'm not the expert,I don't think I knew what was best as its traumatic having your face cut.I think the doctor knows the best outcome as they have experience.
