"MRI appointment was cancelled with no notice"

My MRI appointment was cancelled with no notice. They had tried to ring me the day before but had written down my number incorrectly. I didn't find out my appointment had been cancelled until I arrived at the hospital, which was a complete waste of my time. The reception staff were very unapologetic.

may I offer my apologies for the unacceptable response you received from our reception staff. We do have extensive customer service training for all our admin team staff and I am very disappointed to hear this is how you were treated. Please be reassured all of the comments left in regard to poor service of any nature are taken very seriously by my self and the senior team and this will be forwarded to the administration Manager for review. Feedback is extremely important to us and I would like to thank you for highlighting the issues you faced as it gives us an opportunity to raise during customer service training and hopefully improve the manner in which all staff deal with our customers in the future Kind regards
