I went to the minor injuries department this morning as I had been feeling very unwell. I was seen by receptionist who was lovely and thorough with the questions. Luckily there was no one in the waiting room and I was called in within 10 minutes. My nurse was also lovely. They listened to me and was very friendly as was the hca who came in to do my obs. Got my diagnosis and left. Very caring staff all round. Thank you for an amazing service. Better than my gp surgery.
