"Incredible help, eternally grateful"

P.S. this was a little while ago so I’m speaking in a more objective retrospect

I came here for a vacuum aspiration and I cannot express just how much help I received. Prior to my appointment, even the member of staff I spoke to on the phone was incredibly caring and calm and really communicated in a way that was trying to make me feel as calm as possible.

On the day itself, every colleague I interacted with was just so helpful and made the situation as smooth as could be, and I felt like I had a complete choice at every stage. A special shout out to those who performed my surgery, I don’t even know your names but they made me feel so looked after. In a few hours I was out of the building, it was so efficient it was almost abrupt! After some time, I still have waves of appreciation for these people. Thank you for everything.
