I arrived a little before my stated time of 7.30am which was good because I was initially sent to the wrong place from where I was meant to be, not a big deal. Once correctly located I did not have to wait too long to get started with my minor surgical procedure.

I was very pleased with the overall condition of the area I was in and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff could not be faulted all instructions and information were delivered clearly and respectfully.

My procedure went very well and although the anaesthetist could not stop me feeling the sting of the needles as they administered local anaesthetic their apologies were mildly amusing.

My surgeon was very professional and even told me a joke very much related to my situation but I did see their punchline coming like a steam train.

Post opp care was excellent with a good quality cup of coffee and an egg mayo sandwich plus an excess of bickies.

I was on my way home shortly after midday and was very comfortable I had a great experience at Lister. I am now home of course and I am still very comfortable.

I wish to thank all involved for my adventure, making it one I will fondly remember for years to come whenever I take a pee.
