After waiting 9 months for spinal injection I had appointment at 8am at a Leeds hospital. I was kept waiting 5 hours as I was last on the list but everyone has to arrive at 8am. Spine was scanned and then told wasn't my spine which I told them months before where my pain was. Dr said could be this or that but doubt it and lied again on letter to gp. After having MRI and ultrasound I was diagnosed with what dr doubted what I had. It's bad enough being in pain but for Drs to lie and say they have examined you when they haven't doesn't give you any confidence in them at all. The secretary has no communication skills and you don't know who you are talking to when you ring. As a nurse at this hospital I said the ward and gave my name when someone rang. The name badges are on lower pockets which are hard to see and there is no mandatory uniform within NHS so it's hard to know who you are talking to.
