"Most positive experience"

I would like you to pass on my thanks to the very kind staff, who looked after me recently.

 On my arrival at the Endoscopy Unit, I was met by a wonderful and professional sister who looked after the paperwork and admission procedures.

 A short time afterwards, I was shown into the procedure department, where I met Dr Chuang, the consultant, who was so approachable, friendly and most professional. He proceeded to explain what the test involved and assured me that all would be well. What a privilege to be dealt with by such a patient and reassuring professional. The rest of Dr Chaung’s team were so personable that they made my visit very reassuring and relaxed.

 These are the front-line people, who deal with patients and hold the NHS together.

 We read so many negative reports about hospitals but my experience has been most positive. I would like you to please give feedback to this excellent consultant and all the staff at the Endoscopy Unit.
