I was greeted on arrival by the nurse which was welcoming and reassuring. I was seen on time by the consultant, who was courteous, informative, and efficient. They were competent and thorough in their review and explained the treatment plan and the reasoning behind it.
Follow-up blood tests were carried out promptly and efficiently.
