I called my GP surgery, and was put through to what i believe was a call centre. I asked for an appointment and was told none are available. I then asked to be through to the GP''s reception because i wanted to speak to the receptionist, but the woman refused to me through. I thought that this was absolutely ridiculous, where i cannot even speak to my own GP surgery.
