"Thank you"

I have just had an Umbilical Hernia surgery this week. From entering the hospital to leaving 4 hours later the companion, professional and kindness was the very best the NHS has. I was kept informed all the time, the student was pleasant, and professional, the person in the operating theatre was most reassuring - The after care was perfect. Before my departure, I was informed, about what had happened and what I needed to do or not over the next few days and weeks.

The following day, i was contracted to make sure all was well.
