"Visit to Urgent Care Centre 19th October 7pm"

About: Princess Royal University Hospital / Accident and emergency

I attended with my daughter for virus/tonsillitis and tight chest.

My daughter suffers badly with panic attacks and anxiety so on arriving at the hospital the Triage Nurse saw us quickly and was very considerate of my daughter's anxiety so placed us in a quiet area of the waiting room.

We were seen extremely quickly by a nurse (who's name I can't publish here) but they were absolutely wonderful. They calmly and rationally dealt with my daughter's issue and I was amazed at how understanding she was.

My daughter left there feeling very very reassured and I was very grateful to the nurse who took the time with my daughter.

Thanks for your kind comments. The Urgent Care Centre at PRUH is actually run by Greenbrooks Healthcare so you may wish to pass your thanks onto them directly - you could contact their PALS service at info@greenbrookhealthcare.com. Kind regards. Jessica
