Extremely frustrated.
I have been on hold on the phone line (01278432020) for over an hour - I'm at each position for over 15 minutes. Started in 4th place in the queue and an hour later Im in 1st place in the queue and still waiting.....
Could there not be a better system please?!?! Maybe you could offer a call back system. it's very hard to do anything else whilst being on hold. Thank you
